Five elements, one flexible ecosystem
The book introduces stories that create perspective and invite reflection. Coaching cards turn those abstract ideas into focused coaching conversations. Conversation Maps provide structure without prescribing what gets said. The assessment identifies the most helpful place to begin. And reflection and experiments carry that insight into meaningful action - together, these elements adapt to each client's story, while letting every coach work in their own style.
How it works
There's no fixed starting point. A coach might begin with a story, a coaching card, or the client's own experience. From there, reflection leads to insight, insight becomes an experiment, and each conversation informs the next. The framework is intentionally non-linear - coaches can revisit any element whenever it best serves the client. Every session ends with one small experiment the client carries into everyday life, and their experience becomes the starting point for the next conversation.
